From the Administrator’s Desk
As we come into the new year, I wanted to send out few friendly reminders.
Monthly statements are sent at the end of each month for the upcoming month. The balance is due by the 5th of each month. We ask that you ensure that the payment is dropped off on or before that date each month. Most banks have the option to do bill pay so you don’t have to worry about dropping off payment. If you have questions, please contact me.
Any items brought into the facility (i.e. lamps, clocks, food, etc) need to be brought to a nurse or the administrator to ensure the item is in good working condition and that it is an item that can be brought into the facility.
Each quarter, we hold a care conference. These conferences are held to discuss you or your loved one’s plan of care. If you are unable to meet during the scheduled time and you would like to meet, we are happy to reschedule.
