Administrative Assistant’s Day

          April 27^th is Administrative Assistant’s Day. Our administrative assistant is Liz Frickson. Liz has been with Healthcare of Iowa for over 14 years and been at Anamosa Care Center for 7 of those years. Liz knows a lot about our building and our residents. While her title is administrative assistant – she is more than just an assistant to the administrator. She is most likely the one who greets you at the door to temp you in, she is most likely the one to answer the phone when you call the care center, she does most of the admission paperwork with you or your family, she does behind the scenes work to for our staff to ensure residents are able to come to our facility, and so much more. Liz is great at building relationships with the residents and their families as well as the staff. We are so thankful to have her here at the care center with us.Thank you for all you do Liz!
