National Social Work Month

            March is National Social Work Month, and we are so thankful for our social worker, Morgan Estabrook. Morgan joined our team back in January 2022, and she has been such a great asset to our team. Morgan went to the University of Iowa where she received her social work degree. Social workers do a lot of different things in the long-term care setting. They help provide assessments, treatments, rehabilitation, supportive care and help enhance residents social functioning. Morgan’s goal is to promote the resident’s optimal level of physiological, physical, and social functioning.
