Thank you to The Legion Post 13 and our Pastor for coming on 9/11 and showing the colors and a prayer in remembrance to all those who died, to those who became our hero's that day, You will never be forgotten. As people we showed our strength and unity. During the September 11 attacks of 2001, 2,996 people were killed (including the 19 Islamic terrorists) and more than 6,000 others injured. These immediate deaths included 265 on the four planes (including the terrorists), 2,606 in the World Trade Center and in the surrounding area, and 125 at the Pentagon.
